Who is responsible

This website and the Salon Profit & Pricing Calculator are operated by Salon Profit Lab, a brand of a private individual, who is responsible for your personal data. Contact: [email protected].

The calculator itself

The calculator runs entirely in your own web browser. Everything you enter (services, prices, team, costs) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

When you buy

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed to process your payment, calculate taxes and send your receipt, such as your name, email address, country and payment details. Paddle processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. We never see your full payment card details.

From Paddle we receive your email address, country and order details. We use them only to deliver your download link, to provide support, to handle refunds and to keep the records required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Service providers

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms) to measure how well our ads on Instagram and Facebook work, for example how many people who saw an ad visited this site, opened the free demo or bought the calculator. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and sends information about your visit (such as the pages you view and, after a purchase, the order value) to Meta, which processes it under its own Privacy Policy. Visitors in Europe are asked for consent first and the pixel only loads if they agree; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. We also use Google Analytics 4 (by Google) to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and whether they open the demo or start a checkout. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes this information under Google's Privacy Policy; like the Meta Pixel, it only loads for visitors in Europe after they agree. We do not use other advertising or analytics cookies. The Paddle checkout may use cookies that are necessary for processing your payment securely.

How long we keep data

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide support and as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
